Bedrooms

This magnificent architect-designed house accommodates up to 13 people with a total of 5 bedrooms. The 2 master bedrooms are on the 3rd level of the house and each is equipped with a king-size bed and a private bathroom including a bathtub, walk-in shower, and heated floors. They also have access to the 3rd-floor terrace for peaceful reading moments. The garden level, 1st floor, has 3 additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a living room. There is also access to the laundry room, where you will find necessary laundry products. The bedroom layout is as follows: Bedroom 3 has 1 queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and Bedroom 5 has 4 bunk beds. All bedding is provided (feather and down).

Bathrooms

There are three full bathrooms and one half-bathroom in this house, and each includes the necessary towels.

Kitchen

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home, including a Nespresso OriginalLine coffee machine and a few coffee capsules. The dining room can accommodate 10 people at the beautiful handcrafted wooden table. This carefully designed house also features a covered terrace area adjacent to the kitchen for magical family meals outdoors.

Living Room

The main living room is located on the 2nd floor of the house and has a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) for cozy evenings. The secondary living room is on the garden level. Both living rooms have large windows and are equipped with HD televisions providing full access to your favorite streaming services. Unlimited internet 400 Mbps Wi-Fi fiber optic is also available throughout the house.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor space of this house offers magnificent views and unmatched privacy. The 2nd and 3rd level terraces overlook the treetops, giving the impression of being immersed in the surrounding nature. The view is breathtaking. The terrace also includes a dining area, a lounge area, and a barbecue for use during your stay. Relax in the sun on your terrace or take a dip in your private jacuzzi adjacent to the terrace. The house also has a private beach directly in front of the house where you can fish (fishing gear not provided), swim, picnic, kayak (4 kayaks provided, as well as a small canoe), or simply relax in the hammock installed on the beach. You will also have access to an outdoor parking area that can accommodate up to 6 cars. An outdoor wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor shower complete the amenities.

This house is located on the shores of Lake Champlain, in St-Armand, in the Brome-Missisquoi region, known for its picturesque landscapes where vineyards, orchards, and artisans abound. A prime location for cycling and agritourism, there is no shortage of activities. Ideally located 1 hour from Montreal at the end of Highway 35, this property is easily accessible in all seasons. Whether it’s for bird watching or fishing excursions on Lake Champlain, golfing, hiking, visits to nearby spas, in-home chef services, or visits to some of Quebec’s most beautiful villages, we can help you organize memorable stays!

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/additional cleaning caused by your dog during the stay. Dogs must not be left alone in the house unless crated, nor unsupervised outside, out of respect for our neighbors. Please clean up after your pet. A $100 pet fee applies to each stay.
